Best Peruvian Restaurant in Miami!! Food was absolutely delicious you can tell the quality of the ingredients is 5⭐️. Service and atmosphere were spot on too! Huancaina Risotto with Lomo Saltado and ceviche were the highlights of the day! Can’t wait to come back.

Pukara offers an exquisite taste of Peru with a cozy ambiance, attentive service, and flavorful dishes like ceviche and lomo saltado risotto, It's must-visit for anyone craving authentic Peruvian cuisine. Don't miss out on this culinary gem!

Very delicious with generous portions. I ordered the Parmasian scallops for appetizer and the risotto pukara. Also ordered their frozen passion fruit beverage and it was absolutely delicious. Their flan will send you to dreamland, its that good. Staff were very friendly. This place is very popular so expect a wait time of 20 to 30 mins during their peak times.

We went out with a group of folks to Pukara which is a solid Peruvian in Boca on 18th. I'd say comparable in food and atmosphere to Bravo Coral Springs, they have a liquor license so you can get real pisco sours. They don't have the Nikkei-style and sushi stuff that Embarcadero 41 has or the sandwich options of Bravo though. But generally speaking a good choice for Peruvian in Boca.
